How can I track my order? +
Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirming your purchase. After we process and ship your order, we’ll send you another email with tracking details so you can easily follow your package’s journey.
When will my order be shipped? +
After your order is confirmed, we need a few business days to get everything ready for shipment. Orders placed on weekends (Friday-Sunday) will be processed on the following Monday. Once shipped, U.S. orders typically arrive within 4-14 business days, depending on the shipping option you choose.
Where do you deliver? +
We offer shipping to all U.S. states and beyond. No matter where you are, we’ve got you covered.
Do you ship to Canada and Europe? +
Yes, we do! While we can’t guarantee delivery times for international orders, we do ship to both Canada and Europe. Please note that international shipments may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which vary by country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Marije Boutique does not collect or control them.
What shipping options do you offer? +

How do returns work? +
If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry—we’re here to help! We offer a 30-day return window for items purchased through our website. To qualify for a return, items must be in new or gently used condition. Please note:
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Gift cards and trial items are non-returnable.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your order carefully before completing the purchase!
What if an item is missing from my order? +
If an item is missing from your package, it’s likely on its way in a separate shipment. If you haven’t received all items within 5 business days of the initial delivery, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at info@marije.store.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do? +
We’re sorry for the delay! Here’s what you can do:
- Review your tracking number and shipping details to confirm that your address is correct.
- If it’s marked as delivered, give it a few extra days. Sometimes packages are marked delivered before they physically arrive.
- Look for a delivery attempt notice, which will include instructions on how to proceed.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.
